Description

- ARRA PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - FBO Title: Recovery - Modification to Existing GSA Task Order EA1330-09-NC-0310 to increase the ceiling to cover additional Commerce Business System support demands resulting from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) reporting requirements. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR PROVIDING FINANCIAL SYSTEM SUPPORT UNDER GSA TASK ORDER EA1330-09-NC-0310. The task order being modified is a Time and Materials task order for Commerce Business System (CBS) support services; specifically Client Services, Testing, Technical Architecture and Systems Integrity, System and Data Warehouse Maintenance /Enhancements, Database and Systems Administration/Operation, System and Data Warehouse Integration/Interface and Oracle Application Server Administration. Services provided support the Department-wide financial information system's full range of financial management activities, such as, the Core Financial System, NOAA Data Warehouse (NDW), Commerce Purchase Card System (CPCS), Integrated Travel Manager (ITM), and other mixed systems and the associated interfaces which comprise CBS. The additional in-scope ceiling support includes interfacing and integrating existing NOAA feeder systems with the NOAA Data Warehouse, creating a Recovery Act data mart and constructing interfaces to enable ARRA data to be reconciled within the NDW data so that ARRA data can be consistently reported, interfaced to external systems and made available through a web portal to ultimately enable and ensure data transparency and access. Above described modification to be issued on or about July 20, 2009.
