Description

FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY The National Institute on Drug Abuse on behalf of the National Institute on Mental Health (NIMH) will be procuring technical services under the GSA schedule contract for the support of the National Database on Autism Research (NDAR.) These services are to be procured from OmniTec Solutions, Inc. under the GSA 8(a) STARS program. The period of performance will be for one year with the option for one additional one-year option period. The contractor will standardize the processes and procedures for the QA/QC or the expected rapid increase through ARRA data coming into NDAR. The contractor will also provide guidance and training to NIH grantees for direct input into the database and conduct usability testing and requirements. The NDAR was created by the NIMH for grantees to input current autism research. In addition, the NIMH developed the complex data validation rules and incorporated the autism ontology from Stanford University.
