- The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Special Operations Technology, Inc. (SOTECH). SOTECH will provide technical support and training for the Colombian Vetted Anti-Counterfeiting Forces in Columbia. This will be a bridge contract, in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 to provide services between the expiration of the current contract and the time required to solicit and award a competitive follow-on contract. There is no solicitation regarding this sole-source synopsis. Only written responses received by July 24, 2009 will be accepted. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice.
