- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124709T0212. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg intends to issue a RFQ to perform inspection requirements to satisfy serviceability of all inspection areas listed in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) work cards for U.S. Army Airplane; Model: C-31A Troopship; U.S. Army Registration: 8501608; Manufactured by Fokker Aircraft, BV; Fokker Model: F27MK400M; Manufacturers Serial Number: 10668; Total Time in service: 13499.0 Hours, 13,912 Cycles, as of 15 February 2009. This action will be conducted as a commercial service acquisition in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Anticipate period of performance to begin 18 September 2009. The requirement will be solicited as unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190 (Other Support Activities for Air Transportation) and small business size standard is $7M. The Government anticipates issuing RFQ W91247-09-T-0212, on or around 10 June, 2009. The RFQ and amendments, if applicable will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with Central Contracting Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration.
