- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award on a sole source basis, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold of $100,000) a firm fixed price award to the National Indian Health Board, Inc., 101 Constitution Ave. NW, Suite 8 B02, Washington, DC 20001-2133 to procure a co-sponsorship of "CMS Day" at the 2009 National Indian Health Board's Consumer Conference to be held in Washington, DC from September 14 - 18, 2009. NIHB provides a setting at its annual conference for stimulating information exchange, skills building, partnerships, and collaborative projects in direct response to the needs of Indian Country. The NIHB has allowed CMS to partner with them on this important conference and is devoting an entire day's agenda to CMS for outreach and education. All responsible sources may submit capability statements, which shall be considered by the agency in accordance with the requirements in the synopsis.
