- This is a combined Synopsis Solicitation for High Voltage Power Supplies. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% Set Aside For Small Business. This request for quote (RFP) N00174-09-Q-0156 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 335999, Size Standard 500 Employees, of this synopsis within Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov). Information regarding CCR and ORCA can be found through the Business Partners Network (BPN at http://www.bpn.go). Offerors must provide with their proposal a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (June 2003). Responses must be received no later 4:00 p.m. EST on 27 July 2009. Provide responses to Jackie E.
