- Post Award Synopsis Announcement The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is pleased to announce the following award information under solicitation number HSHQDC-08-R-0002. Awards for four Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts were issued on 6/30/2009 for Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to support the Office of Cyber Security and Communication (CS & C) with an effective date of July 1, 2009. Below is a listing of the vendors who were awarded this contract and their contract numbers. They are as follows: •Booz Allen Hamilton, HSHQDC-09-D-00059 •General Dynamics Systems Development and Integration Services, HSHQDC-09-D-00061 •Science Applications International Corporation, HSHQDC-09-D-00062 •Systems Research and Applications Corporation, HSHQDC-09-D-00063 Each IDIQ contract has been awarded for one base year with four 12-month options (5 year total). The combined maximum ceiling for all awarded contracts is an aggregate of $388,854,230 over five years. It is the intent of the Government to compete all task order requirements among the SETA contractors listed herein.
