- The Middle Rio Grande Endangered Species Collaborative Program (Program) through the Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for the immediate survey of Rio Grand silvery minnow population replicating existing Program monitoring protocols to preserve continuity with recently collected data. Fish community surveys shall commence immediately after award of contract or from August 2009 through February 2010. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability, ability to meet the required period of performance, past performance on similar or comparable projects, and price. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. Request for Quotations No. 09SQ408307 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will follow this announcement shortly. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS is 541690 with an associated small business size standard of $7.0M. PSC is F020.
