- SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, CA intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive contract to Western Oilfields Supply Company, for supplying, installing, and removing a portable filtration system capable of treating approximately 7,000 gallons of rainwater contaminated with residual Bunker C oil materials on Alcatraz Island. The Governments intends to solicit, and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements.
