- RAY ARRA CAFETERIA UPGRADE: Pre-Solicitation Notice for FBO. Project# IMO00090Cafeteria RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The cafeteria upgrade is located in the Robert A. Young Federal Building, located at 1222 Spruce, St. Louis, MO 63103. The proposed procurement is being made under the CMc IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Construction Contract for the St. Louis Metro area including the Cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri (see Contractor listing below). The FSC Code is Z111, NAICS Code is 236220. The estimated cost of this project will be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: A new dish room will be constructed with an accumulating conveyor and the old dish room demolished. The Servery will be reconfigured with new food service equipment and all associated rough-ins. The Servery will also be completely renovated with all new finishes on the walls, floors and ceilings with down lighting and accent lighting. The kitchen will have the existing hoods and the majority of the existing equipment replaced with new higher efficiency equipment. The Dining Room will have two conference rooms constructed at the north end. The remainder of the Dining Room will have new pendant lighting, new diffusers and new finishes throughout including ceiling, wall and floor finishes.
