- Complete solicitation package The Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) is seeking to enter into Blanket Purchase Agreements for vendors to supply 50% or greater post consumer recyceld copier paper (primarily 8.5 x 11) to DAPS offices through out the North and Eastern parts of the United States. DAPS offices are located in the following states: Delaware, Connecticut, Illinios, Indiana, Iowa, maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington DC, and Wisconsin Questions shall be forwarded to timothy.sittig@dla.mil prio to 3:00PM on July 17, 2009.
