- Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number L09PS00907 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30. The Bureau of Land Management encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged and women owned business enterprises. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 212319 and the Small Business Standard size is 500 employees. The Bureau of Land Management, Las Cruces District Office, Las Cruces, NM is in need of a quotation for the following: 1. 480 Tons - Base Course, Inch Minus Aggregate2. 288 Tons - Driveway Fines, Crusher Fines, Inch.3. 25 Tons - 8-12 Inch Angular Rock, Desert Tan Color4. 75 Tons - 12-18 Inch Angular Rock, Desert Tan Color5. 11 Tons - 18-36 Inch Angular Rock, Desert Tan Color6. 17 CY - Concrete, 300 PSI, 4: Slump, -1 Inch Aggregate. *All material shall be in accordance with the specifications and delivered to El Camino Real Trail Head.
