- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Perquimans County Office in Hertford, NC, is interested in leasing approximately 3685 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2950 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 3350 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 26 paved parking spaces. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of North: Perquimans River, East: Pender Road, South: Snug Harbor Rd & Bear Swamp Rd., West: Norfolk Southern RR. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by January 1, 2010.
