- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Wayne County Office in Goldsboro, NC, is interested in leasing approximately 3768 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3425 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 4144 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 40 paved parking spaces. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of North: West Ash Street, East: Center Street, South: Spruce Street, West: Virginia Street. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by October 1, 2009.
