Description: RECOVERY--Manufacture, test and deliver two (2) culvert valve operating machines with total reduction 1778 to 1, and five (5) culver valve operating machines wioth total reduction 3555 to 1, including spare parts. The machine sall be furnished complete with spur gears, pinions, strut arms, strut asembilies, worm reducers, shafts,bearings, pillow blocks, stuffing boxes, covers, guards. hoise holding brake, position sensors/transmitters, and other necessary items. Each machine shall be connected to the existing electric motor. New couplings, keys,m ounting bolts and adapter plates or shims shall be furnished for fitting up with the existing electrical equipment. A second requirement is included in this contract to fabricate four (4) Culvert Bulkheads for lock 27.
