- Overton Brooks VA Medical Center located in Shreveport, LA, intends to issue a Sole Source delivery order for Hardware Support/Recover-All Coverage on AMP ID 3-721790686. This will include: Hardware Maintenance Onsite Support, Hardware problem diagnosis, onsite support, parts and materials provided, 4 hour on-site response, 24 hours standard office days, 24 hours day 6, 24 hours day 7, holidays covered. Travel Zone 4, defective media retention. HP Recover All Service: Priority One repair or replace disaster recovery service. Coordination post disaster system restoration reimbursement for disaster rel exp 24 hours day 1-7. Provides NexAvil Tech Resource on-site continuous effort callback within 2 hours with hardware delivery within 72 hours of verification. Contract is for a one-year period from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. Anticipated issue date is July 27, 2009 and anticipated date for receipt of offer is August 14, 2009. The solicitation is to be issued as a Sole Source under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334112. The size standard is 1,500 employees. This information is only used for classification purposes in the representation and certification portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
