- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. Contractor's work includes furnishing all plant, labor equipment and materials and performing all operations listed herein for constructing part of Segment 3 and all of Segments 4 and 5 of the new I-wall, beginning at approximately Sta. 2+92 LW and ending at approximately Station 0+76 LW as shown on Drawing MO-CH-2/C-6, and in accordance with the bidding schedule for the task order and the contract specifications and drawings.
