- Equipment List July 10, 2009 Responsible Sources Sought for SAFB Antenna Retrofit This notice is not a solicitation. This announcement serves as a sources sought notice for a potential competitive acquisition for SAFB Antenna Retrofit Equipment. Interested firms must be a small business and reference their 8(a), HUBZone, Woman Owned or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned status that must be signed by a company official with authority to bind the company. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) 252.204.7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. This sources sought notice is also issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. All businesses capable of providing these services are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. The government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this sources sought synopsis. The 50 SW is seeking potential sources that can provide the equipment for an Antenna Retrofit. * See Attachment for equipment list: All contractors interested in supplying these services may indicate their interest in this potential acquisition by sending an email to anthony.quarles@schriever.af.mil. Include your name, contact information, company name, business size, CAGE code, and answers to the following questions: 1. If your company is not registered on the Central Contractor Registration and ORCA websites (https://www.bpn.gov/CCRSearch/Search.aspx), OCRAhttps://orca.bpn.gov/ please register in both. Registration must be completed prior to award. 2. How long have you been in business? 3. What size business is your company (i.e. small or large)? How many employees do you have? 4. Have you ever performed government contracts? Please list the contract numbers and point of contacts. 5. Do you have current (within the past 3 years) and relevant experience in all areas of this requirement? If not, please list the specific areas that you have experience in. 6. Can you obtain HUBZone Re-Certification at time of award? 7. Can a price be provided at fair market value?
