- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved as this is a follow-on order to a competitive initial order (FAR 8.405-6(b)(2) or 16.505(b)(2)(iii). The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, materials, equipment and related services as necessary to research, design, fabricate, test, deliver, install and make operative a series of wayside interpretive exhibits for the Calumet Creek Nature Trail in accordance with the attached specifications.
