- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Orange-Durham County Office in Hillsborough, NC, is interested in leasing approximately 3850 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3500 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 3850 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 30 paved parking spaces. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of North: Hwy 70, East: Churton St., South: Oakdale Dr., West: West Hill Ave., Eno Mountain Rd., & Orange Grove Rd. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by October 1, 2009.
