- Air Quality Testing procedures MH UFAS Specifications (Southern Units) MH UFAS Specifications (Northern Units) MH Specifications (Southern Units) MH Specification (Northern Units) Solicitation for 3 Bedroom Manufactured Homes The Department of Homeland Security, The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Task Order driven contract for the purchase of the following: * 1. 3 Bedroom Mobile Homes (Building Specifications attached) •2. Perform Air Quality Testing (Testing procedures attached) •3. Delivery to Selma, Alabama and/or Cumberland, Maryland - Cost per mile to an other location as described •4. Desired delivery of items is 60 days from issuance of task order The provisions of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (June 2008) applies to this acquisition. Addendum; The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on the ability to meet basic requirements, delivery and price. The provisions of 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this acquisition. Addendum; The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on the ability to meet basic requirements, delivery and price. Evaluation Factors located in Section E of the solicitation. The provision of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Feb 2009) Alternate 1 (Apr 2002) applies to this acquisition. Addendum; An offeror shall complete only paragraph (j) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision. The provision 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Mar 2009), applies to this acquisition The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this request for proposal and are incorporated by reference: 52.212-5 Contract Terms and conditions required to implement statues or executive order - Commercial Items (APR 2009) This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. Also, the full text of the clause may be accessed electronically at Internet address www.FAR.gov. Closing date and time for receipt of offers is August 7, 2009, 12:00 p.m. EST. (NOON), Delivered to 500 C Street, SW, Washington, DC 20742 - Mailroom (Patriot Plaza 5 th ) all responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
