- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911WN09R0017. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for a contract at Conemaugh River Lake, Saltsburg, Pennsylvania to upgrade electric service at the Pavilion. The period of performance will be 90 calendar days. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement will be an 8(a) direct set-aside.
