- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911S109-B-0005. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to Renovate/Revitalize (with minor design) Building 26, Lakehurst Naval Air Station, New Jersey. The period of performance is two hundred and forty days (240) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542, and $33,500,000. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone Business Concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligble to submit bids. Only one award shal be made. The solicitation will be issued Subject to the Availability of Funds. Interested HUBZone firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Army Reservce Contracting Center-East, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, New Jersey, 08640-5097 or emailed to darryl.majors@us.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests should include the solicitation number, W911S1-09-B-0005, your company's name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, business size, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be anotated in the final released Invitation for Bid. The Invitation for Bid will be e-mailed upon availability.
