- RECOVERY--Construction Project: (RECOVERY) Demolition of existing restrooms at Swallows Boat Ramp, Greenbelt Boat Ramp and Chestnut Beach located in Clarkston, Washington. This requirement includes plumbing and electrical installation at Swallows Boat Ramp and Greenbelt Boat Ramp. This requirement also includes installation of a sewage lift station at Swallows Boat Ramp. Solicitation number W912EF-09-Q-0125 will be posted to the FBO website on or about July 27, 2009. Important Note: The FedBizOpps Response Date listed elsewhere in this synopsis is for FedBizOpps archive purposes only. The Request for Quote closing date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. A site visit will be offered approximately 2 weeks after the solicitation is made available to quoters. See solicitation for details about the site visit. The solicitation will be open to both large and small business concerns. NAICS code for this project is 238910, and the small business size standard is $14,000,000 average annual receipts. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be available via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov.
