- Bid Sheet PWS PWS PWS PWS PWS PWS PWS PWS PWS PWS PWS PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CHAPEL-BPA-09) for Blanket Purchase Agreements for Chapel Musician and Director Services for Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The BPA requirement documents are available on this website. The NAICS code is 711130. Period of Performance will be 1 year plus 4 option years from the date of this award. The Government anticipates awarding up to twelve (12) separate Blanke Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The price list will be effective for a period of one year (unless otherwise annotated)and will be incorporated as part of the BPA. A new price list will be requested from the vendor on an annual basis. Partial quotes will be considered. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) prior to award. If your firm is not already registered in CCR or ORCA, go to www.bpn.gov to register prior to submitting a quote. Your offer must include the completed price list, name, address, and phone number of a point of contact. Quotes may be e-mailed to Silas Brown at silas.brown@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280 and shall be received NLT 1600 hours local time on 24 July 09 and reference CHAPEL-BPA-09 on all documents.
