- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard at Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York is seeking for a Probe Overhaul Services at the 106th Rescue Wing. The services will be performed at the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978-1201. Solicitation number W912PQ-09-R-0022 is being issued as a request for proposals and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34, effective 1 Jul 09.
