- END ITEM APPLICATION: C-5A CARGO AIRCRAFT (GALAXY) PR No: 0022685925. This solicitation will contain one NSN – 4920-01-107-2717 for a TESTER CONTROLLER. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity contract for a quantity of 35 each. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery: 195 days ARO. This is a 3R item. The approved source is DNE Technologies, Inc., CAGE: 96238; P/N 90080100-001.. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about July 31st, 2009. Other than full and open competition applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
