- Capulin Snowplay Area Reconstruction. This project involves the reconstruction of a recreation area. Major items of work include construction survey and staking, clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation, conserved topsoil excavation, asphalt concrete, crack sealing, corrugated steel pipe, manholes, inlets, chain link fence, steel handrails, furnishing and installing precast concrete toilet buildings, and seeding, fertilizing and mulching. Project located on the Sandia Ranger District, Cibola National Forest, Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
