- In accordance with FAR 12.603 (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)The solicitation number is TFOS-09-S-0015. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33, effective June 15, 2009. (iv)This solicitation is not issued as a set-aside. (v)See the attached file for a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including options). (vi)See the attached file for a description of the requirement for the items to be acquired. (vii)See the attached file for the dates and places of delivery and acceptance. (viii)The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix)The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. See the attached file for the specific evaluation criteria. (x)Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the submitted quotation. (xi)The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, as does an addendum to 52.212-4. See the attached file. (xii)The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See the attached file for the FAR clauses applicable to this acquisition. (xiii)See the attached file for additional contract requirements or terms and conditions. (xiv)DPAS is not applicable to this acquisition. (xv)Quotations are due by the response date listed above. Quotations must be submitted by email to the points of contact listed above.. (xvi)The names and telephone numbers of the individuals to contact for information regarding this solicitation are listed above as the Primary and Secondary Points of Contact. Treasury has received some questions and are in the process of responding to them. Treasury will answer the questions as soon as possible and post them on FedBizOpps. TREASURY IS EXTENDING THE DUE DATE OF THE RFQ UNTIL WEDNESDAY JULY 15, 2009 AT 4:30 PM. All Quotations must be received by the due date.
