- Tent Statement of Work and location drawing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, W91243-09-T-0035, is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS code 532299 with a size standard of $7.0 million in sales per year. Item 0001, 12 each, unit of issue: month, for the rental of a temporary structure (tent) with the option to purchase 6 additional units of issue (month). See attached Statement of Work and drawing for specifications. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Buy Amercian Act shall apply to this solicitation. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this RFQ and price is the specific evaluation criteria. All offerors will complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. Numbered Note One (1) applies to this quotation. Offers are due 22 July 2009 no later than 12:00 p.m. CST at the USPFO for Nebraska, 1234 Military Rd, Lincoln NE 68508. Offers may be mailed, faxed to 402-309-7549 or emailed to craig.peate@us.army.mil. Prospective vendors shall be CCR Registered to be considered. All responsible quotes will be considered.
