- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W91364-09-T-0010 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. this solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 423990 and business size is 100. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition. This requirement is for the following: Line Item (1): M240 Weapons Case w/ Custom Foam Insert; foam designed to hold one M240 machine gun, one spare barrel & standard accessories. Black color. Quantity of 4ea; Manufacturer: Pelican Products; Case Part no. 1750. Line Item (2): M249 Weapons Case w/ Custom Foam Insert; foam designed to hold one M249 SAW machine gun, one spare barrel & standard accessories. Black color. Quantity of 3; Manufacturer: Pelican Products; Case part no. 1750. Line Item (3): M4 Weapons Case w/ Custom Foam Insert; foam designed to hold one M4 rifle w/ M203 Grenade launcher. Black color. Quantity of 201; Manufacturer: Pelican Products; Case part no. 1720. Line Item (4): M4 Combo Weapons Case w/ Custom Foam Insert; foam designed to hold one M4 rifle w/ M203 Grenade launcher and M9 Berreta handgun. Black color. Quantity of 31; Manufacturer: Pelican Products; Case part no. 1720. Line Item (5): M9 Weapons Case w/ Custom Foam Insert; foam designed to hold one M9 Berreta handgun and three magazines. Black color. Quantity of 31; Manufacturer: Pelican Products; Case part no. 1400. Line Item (6): M16/M4 12-Pack Weapons Case; plastic hardliner, able to hold twelve M16 or twelve M4 rifles. Black color. Quantity of 17; Manufacturer: Pelican Products; Case part no. 1780W HL. Requirement is for Brand-Name or Equal to the above listed part numbers. Attachments and additional information are attached to this solicitation, as far as weapon configurations (absence of any other specifications means that foam insert is to house standard issue weapon - no additions). Shipping address for these items is: 179AW/OHANG, 1947 Harrington Memorial Road, Mansfield, Ohio 44903-8049. Please include any applicable freight charges in total estimated cost. The following shall be used to evaluate offers: price and cost to the Government, and estimated delivery time. The Government will make award to the offer that is most advantageous to the Government.
