Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is a request for quotes. The solicitation number for this acquisition is RFQ-LNG-81. This RFQ is a small business set aside. Acquisition circular (FAC 2005-18). This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334515 and the small-business size is 500. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Aging (NIA) acquire Human 1 M-Duo v3.0 DNA analysis product (48) WG-311-1102 qty 1; Human 1 M-Duo v3.0 DNA analysis product (96) WG-311-1103 qty 2; Human 660W-Quad v1.0 DNA analysis product (48) WG-311-1502 qty 1; Human 660W-Quad v1.0 DNA analysis product (96) WG-311-1503 qty 2; & Infinium Whole-Genome Genotyping DNA amplification kit product (96) WG-30-017 (*Please include shipping charges on the quote).
