- This is a Stewardship project. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to enter into a contract for the Elba 2 Stewardship project near Connor, Idaho. Work is composed of thinning and piling for fuels reduction and forest health purposes on approximately 300 acres and removal of approximately 2,720 Green Tons of biomass (whole tree or other). This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net (paper copies are no longer available). Estimated issue/posting date is June 24, 2009. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
