- The 75th Contracting Squadron, Hill AFB, UT intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Aspex Corporation, 175 Sheffield Dr, Delmont PA 15626, a small business, for the evaluation and repair of an Aspex JEMM Unit. Interested parties may submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to provide the required service. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. This notice is NOT a request for competitive quote. No solicitation is available; therefore, a request for such documents will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this announcement FA8201-09-T-0024 must be in writing.
