- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO ENTRIX INC. UNDER GSA SCHEDULE GS-10F-0041L, BPA NUMBER AB133F-06-BU-0059, Call Order 2. The National Marine Fisheries Services in Juneau, AK required National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) planning and NEPA related environmental compliance services throughout Alaska. The required delivery date is September 30, 2011. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) was awarded under competitive amongst GSA contractors holding contracts under the GSA, Federal Supply Schedule, and award of the BPA was made to Entrix Inc. on September 15, 2006.
