Description
This amendment is herey isisued to respond back to questions asked. 1) What dates will you need the meeting space and suites? The program will run as follows: 12/6 - set up; 12/7-11 - testing; 12/12 - tear down/check-out 2) Will guest be checking in Sunday, December 6th? Will they check out December 12th or 13th? For both the hotel suites that we will use as testing suites and well as the sleeping rooms for the assessors, rooms will be needed for check-in/set up at normal check in time on Sunday 12/6 and will be vacated by check-out time on 12/12 (6 nights) 3) Are there any specific requirements for the lunches? For the lunches, the candidates (approximately 20 a day) can be served the same meal each day (typically a box lunch consisting of a sandwich, chips, fruit and drink). The assessors (approximately 22 each day) will be there the entire week, so there needs to variety in their meals. 4) How would you like the conference rooms and office set? Room set-up as follows: 2 conference rooms - set up classroom style for 10 people in each room, with a table and chair at the front of each room for administrators; these rooms are secure rooms between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. They may be cleaned after 6:00 pm; because these rooms are secure rooms, it would be preferable if we could be provided a key. We will need to lock the rooms frequently and run the assessment center on a very strict time schedule, so we cannot rely on hotel staff to respond to our calls to lock and unlock the rooms. The rooms also contain a number of laptop computers, which must be secured Office- Furnished with a boardroom style table and appx 4 chairs; additional tables should be added to this room; additional trash cans should also be added; telephone for in-house, local and credit card calls; VCR and Monitor for the entire period; this is a secure room and should not be entered by hotel staff at any time unless our staff is present. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
