Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPAS) WITH LOCAL AREA CONTRACTORS IN THE LAWTON-FORT SILL AREA TO PROVIDE SAND, DIRT, GRAVEL TO FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA. Directorate of Contracting, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreements with local Contractors located within a 60-mile radius of Fort Sill, Oklahoma, to provide sand, dirt, and gravel at specified locations on Fort Sill, OK. This proposed contract action is for specified grades which will be determined on each call out. The contractor shall furnish referenced supplies if and when requested by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative. Specific dates and locations are established on individual requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. All notifications received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to issue agreements outside the 60-mile radius based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
