- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27 This solicitation is a 100% HUBZONE small business set aside. LINE ITEMS The following line items are in incorporated into this solicitation: Item: 0001 Description Boat Aluminum 20 and delivered to: Saltwater Barrier 899 Mims Rd Westlake, LA 70669 FOB DESTINATION QTY 1 Price REQUIREMENTS: The Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District is acquiring a Boat in accordance with the following specifications which are based on a SeaArk Model 2072 or equal General: Hull will Include Floating filled forward deck Floating between deck and hull Slip resistant aluminum floors Motor well with storage below Boe eye Urethane paint Custom fit and welded transverse ribs Mooring cleats, 4ea Navigation lights 3700 GPH bilge pump Electric Windshield Wiper horn Cabin Upper (53 T X5 W X 5 10 L) will have bench seats/storage box, 24 W/Cushion, Fan, 12V, AFT Cabin Bulkhead & Door Recessed cargo tie down Engines Outboard engine Yamaha 115HP out board motor, 20 shaft, 4-stroke (or equivalent) stainless steel propellers upgrade EIP, Single outboard, 12V Battery with box, cable and disconnect switch, fuel hose, filter and valve, wiring harness, aluminum propeller, controls and cables, connect kit, Tachometer, hourmeter, voltmeter, test fuel & complete on-water trials. All gauges are multi-function, digital type. Trailer: Trailer, Magic Tilt (or equivalent) aluminum single axel, 17 to 20, 2900 LB capacity, 14 tires.
