- ADDENDUM #1 CARPENTER SHOP DUST COLLECTOR – Project # 060409-1 SIERRA NEVADA JOB CORPS CENTER 14175 Mt. Charleston St. Reno, NV 89506 Date: July 8, 2009 This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and is issued for the purpose of changing the scope of work of this project and/or provides additional essential information. Acknowledge receipt of Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Item 1:Revised Scope of Work to read as follows: Provide the Vocational Training Carpenter Shop with a dust collection system. The proposed system shall consist of both equipment specific collection devices and floor level hoods for sweeping. The dust collection system shall be properly sized for the required CFS, cyclone dust collector with 5 micron dust collection band and installed outside the building. Installation shall include, but not be limited to properly sized galvanized exhaust dust, dust extraction hose, all required fittings such as elbows, blast gates, hanger, Y’s, floor sweeps and hoods. The system shall be energized from the nearest appropriate panel with adequate capacity using 208V single phase wiring in ½” EMT. The cost proposal shall include proposed product data and a floor plan layout. There are no drawings attached to this document. Item 2:Revised bid opening date to now be: Monday, August 3, 2009 – 11:00 AM Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center Administration Building – Room 122 14175 Mt.
