- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. The project is to repair the HVAC system at Building 45 & the Mechanical Plant in Building 72 at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The work to be performed includes the following. Perform the HVAC repairs and equipment replacements to Building 45 and 72. The pipe threader will be relocated to another location within this building. The contractor is required to move two cooling towers to the Building 45 site as defined on the drawings. Contractor shall provide all additional piping, fittings, valves, conduit and electrical wiring as necessary to make the system complete and functioning.
