- RECOVERY -This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. The solicitation number is Q9455090062 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). NAICS code: 532412 Small business size standard $7.0 million 3 year average gross income. The solicitation document can be found on the NBC IDEAS-EC website http://ideasec.nbc.gov Notifications of any changes will be made as amendments to this announcement. To receive an award, vendor must maintain a current registration at www.ccr.govDESCRIPTION: Rental of one concrete pumper truck with 100 foot reach with operator to provide concrete pumping of 5 sack slurry concrete at the Nisqually River, Longmire, WA 98397 beginning on or about August 17, 2009 and lasting for approximately one month. Price must include all cost associated with providing the pumper truck. This will include: a) Mobilization of equipment b) Cost per hour for approximately 100 hours c) cost per cubic yard pumped for approximately 2,000 cubic yards.TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE All responsible Small businesses may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the National Park Service (NPS).AWARD INFORMATION: The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract, as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation, to the quoter whose quotation provides the best value to the Government. TIME FRAME: To begin on or about August 18, 2009 and last for one month. Contractor will be given one weeek notice prior to work beginning.
