- RECOVERYTHIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO HF3 CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED, OF DRESHER, PA, UNDER THE 8(a) PROGRAM AND IN THE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR AND THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PURSUANT TO FAR 19.805. The anticipated value of the contract is under $1 million. The National Park Service intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with HF3 Construction Inc. for construction services for the installation of a metal fence, replacement of existing asphalt paving, and the dismantling of a metal canopy at the Valley Forge National Historical Park train station.
