- This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-08-G-A762 with Analox Sensor Technologies LTD, Stokesley, GBR and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 2009 July 31 thru 2010 July 31 for the evaluation and repair of Oxygen Analyzers, NSN 7H 6630-01-532-7090 DS. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
