Description

The U.S. Maritime Administration, Division of Atlantic Operations Contracts Office, has a requirement for the replacement of existing HVAC system with a Geothermal heat and air system; and replace existing hot water heater with a tank-less water heater located at the James River Reserve Fleet, Fleet Support Group - Administrative Building #2612, Fort Eustis VA. Best location of Geothermal unit to be determined by contractor and government representative. The RFQ and any related documents for this procurement will be available for downloading on the Federal Business Opportunities website on/about July 09, 2009. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts. Maximum line of credit is $750,000 with interest at the prime rate, as published daily in the Wall Street Journal, plus 1.75 percent.
