- Boundary shapefiles Boundary shapefiles (RFQ) Solicitation USDA-FS-11-09 This combined synopsis/solicitation for Aerial Photography services for 8-1/4 inch (210mm) camera focal length, 9 inch x 9 inch format color negative film for Wallowa Valley Ranger District, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, Oregon, approximately 629 linear miles, 1:12,000 scale, to be acquired during the approximate flying season of Date of Award through September 3, 2009. Solicitation (RFQ)USDA-FS-11-09 will be issued on July 9, 2009, with offers due July 23, 2009. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. This RFQ is subject to the Availability of Funds Clause (FAR 52.232-18).
