- Announcement and ground rules for Industry Days at Hill AFB, 11 Aug 2009, the third conference for this notice, after the Altus conference in April, and the McConnell Technical conference (VSR) in June. Purpose of this conference will be to update the acquisition strategy, and addres comments and questions to the latest round of documentation for the RFP package, inlcuding sections L (instructions to offerors) and M (evaluation criteria) which are to be publicized within the next 10 days.
