- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Panel Structural use on an Aircraf, C/KC135. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN 1560-00-9981328, the quantity is 214 each. FOB is Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. This requirement is coded 1C, approved manufacturers are: ALC Engineering, CAGE 1WUJ0, Handy Tool, CAGE91750, ICES Corporation, CAGE 1V8G8, Craft Manufacturing and Tooling, CAGE 0CMM5. Will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about July 28, 2009. Rights Guards data restrictions apply. Prior to requesting the Rights Guards data, an Annual Certification for the use of Rights Guards Technical Data must be on file at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), DSCR-VAB, ATTN: Rights Guards Program, Richmond VA 23297-5604. An Annual Right Guards Destruction Certification must also be on file if your company has received Rights Guards Data and the time of destruction has passed.
