- This synopis is notification of the 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intent to award a contract for portable latrines. A solicitation will be posted on or around 28 July 2009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-34, effective 1 Jul 09. AFFARS 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, applies and is available at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. This will be solicitated as a Small Business, Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991. The SBS size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation will be available at http://fbo.gov/. Potential offerors MUST register at http://fbo.gov/ in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
