- Purchase and install a new TAC Vista control system to replace the existing Pwers system. Replace the system as it is at this time to control the refrigeration in the main walk-in cooler upstairs. The new system will be connected to the CAT 5 Ethernet computer network and can be viewed from any computer inside the firewall with the proper access privileges. THe system can also be made available outside on the internet if that feature is desired. In either case we will need your IT personnel to provide us with the necessary network cabling, connection location and firewall access for whatever connection level is desired. Replace the necessary sensors and components to connect to to the new TAC system. Re-connect the Radionics alarm dialer to send alarms. Provide the necessary programming and graphics for the system. Provide four hours of on site training with USDA personnel. Add email alarms or pager alarms as necessary. Commission the new system upon completion. Install TAC controls on the basement freezer system, basement condensing unit that serves the upstairs cooler, dehumidification equipment and the ventilation system for the basement mechanical room. This system will provide additional information and alarms to help protect the operation of the entire system. Install a TAC DDC system in the headhouse to operate the hearing, air conditioning, economizer operation, fume hood proof and steam converter. Control hot water circulation pumps as well. Provide connection via CAT5 system to the front end at the main seed storage building system. USDA to provide network cabling, network connection and all the necessary CAT5 programming.
