- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Plymouth, NC, is interested in leasing approximately 1815 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 1650 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 1815 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 15 paved parking spaces. To be considered, office location must be within the boundaries of North: Intersection of Hwy 94N & Hwy 32, East: Newland Rd., South: Intersection of Hwy 99 & Hwy 32, West: Long Ridge Rd. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by October 1, 2009.
